CANCELLATION & LATE POLICY
From Oct 2019
Grace’s Grooms requires a minimum 24 hrs notice to cancel any appointment.
Choosing to cancel an appointment less than 24 hrs, you will be expected to pay 50% of your dog’s groom fee before any further appointments will be rebooked.
I understand that in some special cases last minute cancellations can’t be helped, so I reserve the right to waive this fee depending on circumstances.
As a small business, please understand I rely solely on continued custom for my income.
From May 2020
In response to the pandemic, the salon must enforce stricter arrival & collection times.
Each appointment is scheduled so that no two customers should cross over & maintain social distancing. If you arrive early, please wait in your car/away from the gate & contact me first. Please consider some dogs with me may be dog reactive and need this space.
If you arrive more than 10 mins late, you may be asked to rebook & expected to pay 50% of groom fee to cover part loss of income. As I work 1-1, lateness causes a knock on effects for other appointments.
