My home garage was then renovated to become a professional salon fully equipped to meet your pet’s pampering needs, whilst still offering a calm & cosy environment to help your pet feel at home. I work alone, and offer a truly dedicated 1-on-1 service for your pet, with no cross over between appointments. 

This allows me to give your pet my undivided attention at all times and treat them as my own. 

It is hugely important to me that I create a trusting relationship with every pet that enters my salon, and they leave feeling happy, relaxed and looking forward to their next visit! 

From guinea pigs to giant dogs, I welcome all four-legged furries and have experience handling all sizes and temperaments over the years.

I worked in various Veterinary Surgeries between 2014-2020, which has given me a huge insight into animal behaviour, and a further interest in Canine & Feline Nutrition too. 

I am a huge advocate of a natural and holistic approach to pet care, from diet to behaviour techniques. I am always conscious to use and stock products in the salon that are kind to our pets, and free from nasty chemicals and promote a healthy lifestyle!

My husband and I, are paw-rents to a Black German Shepherd, Grace, who is of course the inspiration behind the name!

Fun fact: My original business logo was to be Gray’s Grooms (My married surname) but we had just decided on a name for our 4 week puppy at the time of opening the salon – Grace – which i felt sounded better and just made sense. I didn’t foresee every new customer from that day on assuming I was called Grace myself, whoops!

​We also have 3 rescue cats Kovu, Kiara & Koda.

Over the years we long term fostered another rescue dog, adopted five guinea pigs aswell as offered short term foster and rehabilation for cats, kittens & wildlife. 

All my regular customers become my extended fur family and I love creating new friendships with each dog at each visit.
