House Of Gray UK will cover the costs for returning goods, only if the reason for return of goods is our error. E.g., The item you have received is faulty or not what you ordered.
If you wish to return an order because it is unsuitable, you must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order. The return costs will not be refunded by House of Gray UK in this case.
